Marty_Deux Posted August 19, 2020 Report Share Posted August 19, 2020 I have an HP Elitebook bought from Frys with win10 installed. HP does not support this model with win10 and I've had to fiddle it but you are looking at bsod in both normal and safe modes. Mine did that after backing out Win10 and attempting to install Win 7. I managed to rebuild under 10 and it works with a not fixed dark screen on first boot. Once it gets past the POST and starts Win10, although I can't see it, I press/hold power button until it goes completely off.
