OI NotePad Notes from old to new Adroid

I have a large collection of OI Notepad notes on my old Motorola Android Global. I have purchased a Raxr Max HD and want to transfer the notes. Nothing worked. I then purchased MYBackup Pro, followed all their instructions, and can get the OI Notepad to transfer, but note the data. I have tried restore "apps and Media" and also I have tried restore "data" on the new Android using the ID and password from the old Android. I have contacted MyBackup Pro developer and they say it is an OI Notepad problem, even though it is one of their supported apps. Now when I try to back up data from the Global it says backup failed, file: Null. But when I start up OI Notepad on the old Global all the data are there. How do I arrange a transfer?
