Ron k Posted December 24, 2021 Report Share Posted December 24, 2021 Is it OK to cut power from a power strip an audio mixer is plugged into instead of using the on/off switch on the unit? I want to use a wireless on/off switch so I don't have to get up and turn the unit off in my bedroom, not in a commercial situation. My bottom line is that I don't want to damage the mixer but it only gets used this way about 10 or 15 times a year. Is it OK?
