I have gone into forgot password to have it sent to the apple id email but that email never comes. I also did it the other way by putting in their name, email address & previous address & we never receive an email. We want to remove the apple id off this phone so we can give it to another employee. So to break it down How can we get rid of the apple id on this phone with no way to get the password?
