How to recover hard deleted Outlook 2007 email folders

Dear All,

Actually, I used to work in Office where MS Outlook is installed on my Workstation. We have strong Proxy Server where we cannot access Hotmail/Yahoo mail/ Youtube site and so on.

So, I configured my Hotmail ID to MS Outlook through MS Outlook Connector successfully and synchronization between MS Outlook and Hotmail was taken place well. Subsequently, all folders including Inbox were downloaded.

I thought there is no need to keep these folders on Workstation's Ms Outlook. So, I deleted folders with SHIFT+DELETE. All these folder were deleted on Hotmail upon synchronization.

Now, I'm worried how to recover/restore those folders back.

Kindly advise me.
