how to solve .exe

my case is:

 

I can open and execute .exe file, but when I install any program, there was a message "...go to control panel....set up association with the file type." I always had to click OK, continual the process and finished installation, for example, a game, I can play it without any problem.

 

however, it just pop up every time when I execute any .exe file, how to solve it?

I opened the program in control panel, I didn't see any association with .exe nor it exist, the last one is .exv, which is association with notepad.
