Wishboy14
After the last update from Microsoft, KB5039211, the hibernation and sleep options when closing the laptop lid no longer work. When I close my laptop lid now, the computer stays on and does not hibernate or sleep (depending on what my settings are). I have my power settings set to hibernate when the lid is closed. Any suggestions, ideas, or remedies? Thank you.....
Jeff Butts
@Wishboy14 Have you tried changing the settings to their default, and then setting them again? We do have an article outlining how to manage when your PC sleeps, but I'm not sure we've encountered an update breaking that. Perhaps @Brian has run into the issue before.
