I find some plug in didn't function in 64bit iE but it works in 32bit IE, like norton "network safety function", why? as it didn't have 32bit or 64bit version.......

The x64 version of IE is a strange version. If you can, use the x86 (x32) version.

A whole better sollution would be that you would switch over to Firefox. The libary is filled to the rim with plugins, its faster, safer and better.

Internet Explorer is a catastrophe. Switch to Firefox or better yet, Chrome.

Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) will be out of beta soon and that looks very promising, so maybe wait until that is out and then you can upgrade.
