AMMPro 0
Running Office/Outlook 2003 on 3 machines. All accounts are configured to leave email on the server indefinitely, yet only the first machine to download gets new mail. I have tried everything I can see, in the settings, to no avail. Simon H 860
If this is happening on 3 different machines which are all definitely set to leave messages on server then I would sign into your email service and check for POP3 settings there. Is there an option to delete messages after they are accessed by POP3 if so you will need to uncheck this option. Which email service are you downloading the emails from
AMMPro 0
Gmail. I have looked through all their setup options, and everything I see that might be relevant is set correctly.
Simon H 860
Ok I don't use gmail myself but a quick google search for pop gmail on multiple computers found this link. Apparently you need to use recent mode otherwise gmail deletes email after it has been downloaded by the first computer. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/47948?hl=en It seems straightforward, let us know how you get on.
