Can I get lose emails after Microsoft Office Downgrade?

I removed ms office outlook 2013 and installed msoffice outlook 2007. But I lost all the earlier mails as I failed to take a backup. Is there any way where I can get back the mails in msoffice outlook 2007 and also the contacts. Kindly help

Which email provider were you using? There might be a chance to try to login to the Web Interface and see if they are there.....

Windows Live Mail  is clearly on the way out, but you can still use it if you really want to.

 Once you have downloaded your emails using the new settings, you can use the mouse to drag-and-drop emails across from the “old” Microsoft account, but don't delete it.
