Hello --- I have a HP 8500 A909 Printer and have been using it wireless on an XP system and all worked well.I just purchased a Dell with Win7 desktop and the disc will not complete loading as it just FAILS... and then when I go to the HP web site to download the driver it fails as well ... not giving me an error code just failing. Are there any ideas of how I can get this loaded up as without a printer I might as well be tied up... ha... Thanks,Heinrich
  2. I have a new iPad. I also have two printers attached to my PC. One printer is connected by a USB cable. The other printer, an Epson color printer, is attached by Wi-Fi, no cable. I cannot figure out how to print to either printer from my iPad. Can you suggest an answer? Thank you Tom
  3. When trying to print a booklet i produced and saved in word, i change printer options to manually print on both sides and reload when prompted, press print and word closes down immediatley
