  1. I have Office 365 Home. I can't send email using the Outlook app because it tells me I have no certificate? My computer has Windows 10 Pro. Outlook is configured using Exchange. I have tried reconfiguring it but it will not let me change the settings. Do I need to purchase a certificate or how do I change the settings? I have always been able to send email till I installed Office 365 Home. Thanks! Any help will be appreciated. Dollythyme
  2. has a sent items.dbx file which is about 400 over MB.. when open it, there is only a few emails with the file size quite small. any recommended free software if preferably to repair the dbx file?
  3. I can get most graphics from web sites in outlook with no trouble. How ever there is one site that has stopped loading the graphics and I cannot figure out why just one site? The site if Groupon. What is really strange is that their getaway travel graphics come in just fine it is only their goods and services graphic that I am not recieving. Is there something in my outlook or is it on the sender's - Groupon's - side?? Any help would be appreciated.
  4. As an e-mail recipient is there any way to determine if an e-mail you have received has been purposely delayed and/or scheduled by the sender to be delivered at a later date/time?
  5. I have outlook 2010 on my computer and laptop, I also use the same email for both of them but the emails are only headng to the computer is there a setting that will send the emails to both?
