    I have Windows 8.1. when I try to login to my Microsoft account I get a message that another user is already logged in with that account. I can't figure out what to do. I am the administrator, only user.

    How can I logon in IE> I enter my email address and password and I am sent on a loop. I keep being asked for my password. My ISP has not been able to solve it. I run Widows 7 and my ISP is BT Yahoo

    A portion of a website I access is controlled by a username & PW. Recently I found myself automatically logged in under a username that was not mine. I am concerned this is a security risk, however am uncertain what steps to take to resolve. Rebooting did not resolve the problem.
