continuing issue downloading email to multiple computers

Gmail. I have looked through all their setup options, and everything I see that might be relevant is set correctly. -
Running Office/Outlook 2003 on 3 machines. All accounts are configured to leave email on the server indefinitely, yet only the first machine to download gets new mail. I have tried everything I can see, in the settings, to no avail. Help!Frank
