  1. Initially, everytime I tried to verify my email address, Apple claimed to have sent it, but I never received it. Now, I've got the email ok, have gone to Apple ID, got the email address verified' but when I try to enter my User name etc to sign into iCloud, I get a message saying that my username or password is incorrect (they are definitely not) and a message in the top bar saying verifying but everything freezes and I have to totally power off. How can I resolve this?
