There does remain the problem of permissions. All have been set to everyone but still get message "you do not have permission" Win 10 on Dell laptop and Homegrown desktop.

I cannot get my home computers to allow network access on a home network. Any ideas on things to check that might be preventing access. The computers show in the browsers but are not accessible.
