howto insert random text into word?

Postby ianshore » Thu Mar 12, 2009 7:34 pm

Hey,

I went to a presentation today and the guy typed a command into word and a bunch of random text showed up. Very cool stuff.

Any idea how to do that? I'm using word 2007.

Thanks!

Yup. I think Groovy Dude wrote about that. Search the site (not the forum) for the link.

The Gist:

Use the Syntax =rand() or =lorem()

just type one of those into word and hit enter.

Yup - http://www.groovypost.com/howto/microso ... word-2007/

You can also manipulate the paragraphs and sentences as well. It's all in the How-To Article.
