iPhone screen shots

OK,

I just read your latest How-To that talks about SYNC'ing your iPHone with GOOGLE. That's cool however, I really don't care about that.

What I want to know is: Where did you get the screenshots for your iPhone? I've been looking for a "Virtual" iPhone App in order to take screenshots so I can write some How-To documentation for work but I've yet to find one.
